Competitive Aquisition Program (CAP)

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), along with the Competitive Acquisition Program (CAP) for Part B Drugs and Biologicals designated carrier, Noridian Administrative Services, will host an “Ask-the-Contractor” teleconference for physicians and their staff to ask questions about the CAP. If physicians are interested in electing into CAP starting July 1, 2006, they must submit a Physician Election form to the local carrier between May 8 and June 2, 2006. This call will provide an opportunity to learn more about the program and how to participate in CAP.
